9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NONE, 100 USD).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weave from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the version and effective date above.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Weave is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
